This is a Design and Construction of Light Public Housing development project at Olympic Avenue under the Kai Tak OZP situated on a site area of approximately 57,000m2 to provide 10,723 MiC housing units. Scope include comprehensive landscape design with a residential identity and human scale image that is responsive to the context and compatible with the built environment in the vicinity of the project site.
