This is a Design and Construction of Light Public Housing development project at Yau Pok Road, Yuen Long, at Tuen Mun Area 3A and at Choi Hing Road, Ngau Tau Kok respectively to provide 2,150 / 1,856 / 2.290 MiC housing units. Scope include comprehensive landscape design with a residential identity and human scale image that is responsive to the context and compatible with the built environment in the vicinity of the project site.
