This project consists of two premium private residential developments of 2 semi-detached house units at 20 Pik Sha Road and 4 semi-detached and 6 linked detached units at 18 Pik Sha Road set on respective site areas of about 1,115m2 and 4,831 m2, Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong. Scope includes TPRP tree preservation and removal proposal and LMP landscape master plan submissions and comprehensive contemporary landscape design with gardens and landscape features conducive to premium residential development within an urbanized setting.
