This public rental housing project provides 3,800 housing units in 6 domestic blocks on a site area of about 23,400m2. Scope includes TPRP tree preservation and removal proposal submission as well as comprehensive landscape design including an elevated covered walkway link to Cheung Sha Wan Estate and an elevated walkway link to Nam Cheong Station. Project to provide residents with engaging landscape areas, children’s play areas and other landscape structures of interesting cum focal points.
